工作原理：Working principle

      高温翻板卸灰阀密封腔体容器内，设有可自动开启、关闭，转动灵活可靠并具有抗冲击、抗振动、耐磨损能力的翻板。翻板的运行由带有一重锤的连杆来实现，连杆及重锤处于阀体两侧。

      利用力矩平衡的原理实现工作。即当作用于翻板上的物料产生的力矩大于重锤摇杆产生的力矩时，翻板自行打开物料顺着翻板开口自然、均匀、平稳地溜下，一旦积料卸去后重锤与摇杆产生的力矩使翻板迅速关闭。
