概 述Overview

      适用于建材、有色、矿山、电力、玻璃、轻工等行业的锅炉、窑炉、高炉的余热二次利用及烟气、废气治理的各种热风管道，是节能和切换高温气体的理想设备。

      For building materials, mining, electricity, glass, light industry, boiler, furnace, secondary use of waste heat and blast furnace gas, waste gas treatment of a variety of hot-air pipes, is energy-saving and ideal for high temperature gas switching equipment.

结构特点：Structure Features

      采用超强度热强钢、不锈钢焊接，具有耐高温、耐磨损、刚性强、效率高、操作灵活、维护方便、使用寿命长等优点。高压冷却风机冷却闸板使其在内部保证闸板刚性不变形。

      驱动方式分整体和分体两种形式，整体式驱动装置固定在起落架上与阀体连接成一个整体。分体式的驱动装置不受任何形式的控制，可以随客户的需要安装。驱动形式可以分为卷扬机提升（开关信号），电动执行机构提升（4～20mA电流信号），电液、电动推杆提升（开关信号）。

      Ultra-strength heat resistant steel, stainless steel, high temperature, wear resistance, rigidity, high efficiency, flexible operation, easy maintenance, long life. High-pressure cooling fan prevent gate deformation by cooling the internal gate.

      Integral and split style can be selected. Integral driving device is fixed on the frame to be the part of the valve body. Split driving device can be installed according to client’s request without any other control. Increase can be divided into winch-driven (signal), enhance the electric actuator (4 ~ 20mA current signal), electro-hydraulic, electric push rod upgrade (signal).
