概 述Overview

      广泛适用于建材、有色、冶金、矿山、轻工、玻璃、石化等行业的物料输送与除尘排灰系统中的正压输送或负压吸送的供料、卸料，以及封闭系统，有防止气体泄漏又同时供料的作用。

      The valve is widely used in building material, ferrous industry, metallurgy, oil chemical, glass, mining and light industries etc. It can feed of positive pressure transportation or negative pressure absorbing, discharge in material transportation and dust removal system. It also can close system preventing gas leakage and feed at the same time.

结构特点：Structure Features

      采用弹性密封唇和特殊填料密封结构，密闭性可靠，采用高精度轴承保证高精度运转，使用寿命长，间隙小，泄漏量低，输送物料定量准确、迅速等优点。特别适用于压力高、温度高、料性复杂、介质多样的粉料输送。减速机可选用不同的转速及不同形式调速电机以满足不同的下料量。可根据不同的物料，选用不同的密封形式，从而使叶轮在旋转过程中，叶片与弹性密封唇及物料更好地动作，有利于物料顺利输送。可根据物料不同性质采用加装耐磨衬套，活动叶片及改换耐磨材料等结构措施以减少磨损，延长使用寿命。

      The valve adopts sealing structure of deputy rotation oil seal and special filler, which is reliable. The high-precision bearing ensures the high-precision operation. It has the features of long life, little gap, low leakage, and accurate and quick transportation amount, which especially suits for the bulk material transportation conditions of high pressure, high temperature, complicate material characteristic and multiple medium. It chose different rotate speed and forms of adjusting-speed motor to meet different feeding. It chose different rotor type according to the different material to make the blades, intake and material in the best state, which is good for material transportation. Add antifriction lining, movable blades and exchange antifriction material to reduce abrasion and extend usage service life.
