工作原理:Working principle:
手动蝶阀配备蜗轮传动机构，由人工转动手轮使蜗轮副作旋转运动带动传动轴作角位移，把动力传给蝶板作同步旋转运动，达到全开、全闭及任意调节的目的。蜗轮装置与蝶板的开度同步反馈指示开关位置，用户可根据指示位置来控制蝶板的开度，达到调节的目的。同时蜗轮副设有机械限位装置，阀门全开或全关时都能准确限位不致损坏阀门。
The valve is equipped with worm wheel transmission device. Rotate the hand wheel to drive the worm wheel and transmission shaft and the disc rotate at the same time, so the valve can be opened or closed fully or be adjusted freely. The open angle of the worm wheel device and the disc feed back the indicating switch position. The user can control the open angle of the disc according to the indicating position to realize adjusting. The worm wheel pairs have machine limiting device, which can control the full open or close of the valve to avoid damaging.
